Absolutely — and you do not need an expensive bathroom-organizing system. Looking at your cabinet, the biggest issue is that you have plenty of usable vertical space, but everything is currently sitting on the floor of the cabinet.
Here’s how I’d organize this exact cabinet on a small budget:
1. Create 3 zones
LEFT — Cleaning & backup supplies
- Put extra toilet paper, cleaning products, sponges, etc. together.
- Use one inexpensive plastic basket so small items don’t spread everywhere.
- Keep heavier items on the bottom.
CENTER — Everyday bathroom products
- Your purple bottles, sprays, personal-care products, etc. should go in 2–3 small open bins.
- Group similar things together rather than organizing every individual bottle.
RIGHT — Small items
- The little boxes, packets, and miscellaneous products should go into one or two narrow containers.
- Avoid leaving individual packets loose on the shelf.
2. Take advantage of the vertical space
This is probably your biggest opportunity.
Look for inexpensive:
- Stackable plastic bins
- Small shelf risers
- Two-tier organizers
- Over-the-door baskets
You don’t need fancy matching organizers. Even inexpensive dollar-store/discount-store baskets can completely change this cabinet.
3. Put the dishwasher basket to work
The wire basket already in there is actually useful.
I’d use it for small items that are currently scattered around, rather than letting it take up space with miscellaneous things.
If it isn’t needed, remove it entirely and replace it with a rectangular plastic bin that fits the cabinet better.
4. Don’t organize around the pipes
The plumbing creates an awkward shape, so don’t try to make one huge storage area.
Instead, think:
Left of pipes → storage
Around pipes → narrow items
Right of pipes → storage
This makes the plumbing almost disappear visually.
