It provides the full two-billion-dollar capital injection, restructures your current debt obligations, and guarantees the preservation of all entry-level and middle-management jobs across your firm. However, it contains a strict clause regarding executive leadership restructuring.”
Leonard leaned forward, his eyes fixed on the document. “What kind of restructuring?”
“It mandates the immediate removal of the Chief Executive Officer,” Olivia stated plainly, looking Leonard directly in the eyes. “The board would be required to appoint a temporary manager while a global search is conducted for leadership capable of fostering a respectful, professional, and modern corporate environment.”
A collective gasp rippled through the board. Leonard’s jaw tightened. “You can’t be serious. This is my company. You can’t oust me from the business I built!”
