This is a classic visual puzzle, but the text at the top is misleading. The number of squares you see has nothing to do with narcissism or personality.
Looking at the image:
- There are 4 square blocks on the bottom row (green, blue, yellow, purple).
- On the middle row, there are 4 rectangular blocks.
- On the top row, there are 2 rectangular blocks.
If the challenge is to count only the visible square faces, most people will answer 8 squares:
- 4 squares on the front faces (bottom row)
- 4 squares on the top faces (bottom row)
Some people may count differently depending on whether they include partially visible faces or interpret the shapes as 3D blocks.
The important thing is that there is no scientific connection between the number you count and being a narcissist. These puzzles are designed to attract clicks, comments, and debates on social media.
My count of the obvious square faces is: 8. 😊
