Ingredients
Strawberry Layer
- 2 cups strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Pineapple Layer
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 10g)
- ¼ cup warm water
Topping
- 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
Step 1: Make the Strawberry Layer
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the hot water.
Allow it to cool slightly.
Blend with the condensed milk and heavy cream until smooth.
Pour into a rectangular serving dish.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Step 2: Prepare the Pineapple Layer
Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the warm water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Blend the pineapple, condensed milk, heavy cream, and dissolved gelatin until smooth.
Step 3: Add the Second Layer
Carefully pour the pineapple mixture over the chilled strawberry layer.
Spread evenly with a spatula.
Step 4: Chill
Return the dessert to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
Step 5: Add the Topping
Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed biscuits evenly over the top.
Step 6: Serve
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
