Step 1: Chill the Ingredients

For the best texture, refrigerate the heavy cream for at least 2 hours before starting.

Step 2: Whip the Cream

  • Pour the cold heavy cream into a large mixing bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks begin to form.

Step 3: Add the Condensed Milk

  • Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing on low speed.
  • Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth, thick, and well combined. Do not overmix.

Step 4: Transfer to a Dish

  • Pour the creamy mixture into a glass serving dish or individual dessert cups.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 5: Chill

  • Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
  • For a firmer, ice-cream-like texture, freeze for 2–3 hours.

Step 6: Decorate

  • Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder, or grated chocolate.
  • Add fresh berries or fruit if desired.

Step 7: Serve

  • Serve chilled.
  • Scoop into bowls or cut into squares if well chilled.

Tips

  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Mix in 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
  • Fold in crushed cookies, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips for added texture.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
