How Often Can You Drink It?
Most healthy adults can enjoy one cup occasionally as a warm beverage during cold weather.
There’s no scientific evidence that drinking it for exactly three days or repeating it monthly provides special health benefits.
Is It Safe for Children?
Children can usually drink small amounts of mild herbal teas, but there are a few precautions:
- Do not give honey to babies under 1 year old.
- Strong ginger may upset some children’s stomachs.
- If a child has a fever, persistent cough, breathing difficulty, or signs of dehydration, they should be evaluated by a healthcare professional rather than relying on home remedies.
