Ingredients
- 1 large piece fresh ginger (about 3–4 inches)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 cups (1 liter) water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- A pinch of turmeric (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Step 1: Prepare the Ginger
Wash and peel the ginger.
Slice it thinly or grate it for a stronger flavor.
Step 2: Simmer
Bring the water to a boil.
