1. Prepare the Oat Flour
Place the oatmeal in a blender and blend until it becomes a fine flour-like texture.
2. Prepare the Fruits and Vegetables
Grate the apples and carrot using a fine grater.
👉 If your apples are very juicy, you can lightly squeeze excess liquid, but keep some for natural sweetness.
3. Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, combine:
- Oat flour
- Grated apples
- Grated carrot
- Water
Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
The batter should be thick but moist.
4. Let It Rest
Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
👉 This helps the oats absorb moisture and improves texture.
5. Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a small baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
6. Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until:
- The top is golden
- A toothpick comes out clean
7. Cool and Serve
Let the cake cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
🔥 Optional Add-Ons (Still No Sugar)
- Cinnamon for warmth
- Raisins or dates for extra sweetness
- A spoon of yogurt on top when serving
💡 Tip
This cake gets even softer the next day because the oats continue absorbing moisture.
