Easy 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

  • by

1. Prepare the pan

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some paper hanging over the sides for easy removal.

2. Combine the ingredients

Add the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk to a saucepan.

Place over low heat and stir constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.

Do not let the mixture boil.

3. Transfer to the pan

Immediately pour the warm peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan.

Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer and smooth the top.

4. Chill

Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

For an even firmer texture, let it chill overnight.

5. Cut and serve

Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper.

Cut into small squares with a sharp knife.

Enjoy creamy, rich peanut butter fudge with a cup of coffee or tea!

Optional Add-Ins

For a fun twist, mix in:

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed pretzels
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • A pinch of sea salt

Two ingredients, almost no effort, and absolutely delicious! 🥜❤️
