Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack.

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, leaving a little space between each piece.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, flip the wings, then bake for another 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

In a large bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce (or BBQ sauce), melted butter, and honey if using. Add the hot wings and toss until evenly coated.

Return the coated wings to the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes to set the sauce. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks if desired
