Step 1: Prepare the Pan

  • Lightly grease a small round cake pan or baking dish that fits inside your air fryer.
  • Line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal if desired.

Step 2: Make the Egg Mixture

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, green onions, cooked meat (if using), garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3: Fill the Pan

  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Spread the toppings evenly throughout the mixture.

Step 4: Air Fry

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pan into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the center and lightly golden on top.

Step 5: Check for Doneness

  • Insert a toothpick or knife into the center.
  • If it comes out clean, the omelette is ready.
  • If needed, cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.

Step 6: Serve

  • Carefully remove the pan from the air fryer.
  • Let the omelette rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with extra cheese, chopped green onions, or fresh herbs if desired.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Jalapeños
  • Feta cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Diced avocado (add after cooking)
  • Fresh parsley or chives

Tips

  • Don’t overfill the pan—the eggs will puff up as they cook.
  • For an extra cheesy finish, sprinkle more cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • Every air fryer cooks a little differently, so start checking at the 6-minute mark.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.

Enjoy this fluffy, golden Air Fryer Omelette—a quick, easy breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings! 🍳🧀🌶️
