Social media posts often claim that taking two tablespoons a day of a homemade mixture can relieve bone pain, hemorrhoids, chronic fatigue, or even “clean” the heart. However, there is no scientific evidence that any single homemade remedy can treat all of these conditions.
If the mixture shown is a fermented rice water or similar homemade drink, it can be part of a healthy diet, but it should not be viewed as a cure or replacement for medical care.
