Guava leaves have long been used in traditional herbal medicine and contain antioxidants such as vitamin C, quercetin, and other plant compounds. However, there is no scientific evidence that guava leaves can treat blurred vision, cataracts, glaucoma, eye infections, or restore eyesight.
If you enjoy herbal remedies, guava leaf tea can be a healthy beverage, but it should not replace proper eye care or prescribed treatment.
