Social media often claims that drinking a mixture of lemon, garlic, and ginger can restore eyesight, eliminate the need for glasses, and cure eye problems. While these ingredients are nutritious, there is no scientific evidence that they can reverse vision loss or replace glasses.
Healthy foods can support overall eye health, but they cannot correct common vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, or age-related presbyopia.
