Many social media posts claim that green juices can kill harmful bacteria, cleanse the intestines, or detox the liver. While leafy greens and vegetables are highly nutritious, there is no scientific evidence that any juice can detox your body or eliminate harmful bacteria from the intestines. Your liver and kidneys naturally perform these functions.
That said, this green juice is packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber (if not strained), and antioxidants that can be part of a healthy diet.
